During the working process of the auto engine, the carbon and black gelatinous particles accumulated in the intake and exhaust valves, intake ports, combustion chambers, fuel injectors, and other positions inside the engine produced by unsaturated olefins and colloids in the fuel at high temperature are called carbon deposition. Carbon deposition will increase vehicle exhaust emissions and reduce engine performance. Sometimes, the falling of carbon particles at the valve position may block the normal opening and closing of the valve, resulting in the deformation of the valve stem. The existence of carbon deposition not only occupies a certain space of the engine, but also easily forms a hot spot (the temperature is easy to suddenly increase) under high temperature, leading to the generation of a second ignition point, causing the preignition detonation of the gasoline engine, and then affecting the working performance and service life of the engine.What is Walnut Sand? The raw material of walnut sand is walnut shell, which is made and synthesized through strict screening and classification and multiple processes after the walnut shell is broken. Walnut shell is a natural and non-chemical raw material, so using walnut sand as abrasive will not damage the surface of the workpiece, and using walnut sand to clean auto carbon deposition will not damage the engine, the cleaning effect is remarkable and the cost is low.How to use? 1) Open the cover of AUTOOL HTS558 machine and pour into walnut powder (need 2-4KG ), then put dust guard on walnut powder and close. 2) Connect blasting gun nozzle and recycling hose together (there is a hole on recycling hose) 3) Remove intake manifold of the engine, plug blasting gun into the intake, and turn the crankshaft to close intake valve. Connect high-pressure air pump((not included)) to HTS558. 4) Connect AC power, then start cleaning. The process should last 1-3 minutes(depending on how much carbon build-up) 5) Close AUTOOL HTS558, check-up cleaning effect.
